Please note that we have a strict no return policy with our Nectar CBD products. If your product was purchased through a retailer, you
will need to contact your original purchase location to inquire about their return policies, as they may differ from ours.
While all of our shipments are hand-inspected prior to shipment, we will provide exchanges for damaged shipments. If your product(s) was damaged during shipment, please contact customer service within (5) days of shipment receipt.
Customers are responsible for checking their shipment for damage at the time of delivery. Once verifying your exchange, we will provide a return label via e-mail, if applicable, and replace your damaged product at no cost to you.
